Welcome to Brunswick was about creating a space that is robust, friendly and flexible to have a casual drink in our own backyard.

Home to Four Pines’ first Victorian brewery, Welcome To Brunswick is a fossil fuel free pub and food truck park with a comprehensive waste management strategy, including plans to install a bio-digestor in the near future, which will transform food waste into energy for running the brewing equipment.

True to Brunswick, the design is born of recycled materials like timber, bricks and exposed scaffolding, and covered in art done by local muralists and street artists. An old shed on the site — a former telecommunications depot — was converted into the bar, seating is a mix of proper chairs and recycled old kegs with timber tops.

We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Welcome to Brunswick stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters, and culture.
