Price Street, Subiaco is a considered collection of 31 apartments, townhomes, and penthouses, offering tranquil views of Subiaco Common. Designed to be 100% carbon neutral in operation, the development embodies a thoughtful balance between contemporary living and respect for the site’s cultural and industrial heritage.
Price Street has been designed to operate as a fully carbon neutral community. The architecture draws on stories of craft and making — working with the earth’s resources and shaping them by fire — reinterpreted for a contemporary context. Informed by lessons from the site, the design champions reuse, sharing, and collective resourcefulness, asking how we can live better together while treading lightly. The result is a place where refined design, respect for industrial heritage, and ambitious sustainability outcomes come together seamlessly.
The residences embrace sophisticated, climate-conscious living. Fossil fuel-free and fully electric, sourced from Australian renewables. Architecture and landscape respond to place: generous cross-ventilation and orientation capture cooling breezes, while landscaped parkland edges extend the natural environment into daily life.
Price Street sets a benchmark for considered, luxurious, and sustainable apartment living.
We acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people, the Traditional Custodians of the land upon which Price St stands. We recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture.
