The Surrounds is designed around home and community, creating a way of living that feels seamless, grounded in the landscape, and deeply connected to its place.
Located adjacent to a busy road, the development reorientates away from the road and creates a generous central park. A shared heart where neighbours gather, children play, a footy is kicked, and friends and family come together for barbecues. This green space also acts as a natural heat sink, absorbing carbon, cooling the air, and providing relief to the surrounding homes.
All 35 thoughtfully designed townhouses have direct access to the central park, outlooks to canopy trees, abundant natural light and ventilation, and their own private open spaces. The architecture pays homage to Queensland’s residential heritage, with carefully considered entry sequences through landscape, subtle references to the Queenslander typology, and a rich mix of materials and colours drawn from the surrounding environment.
